Dr. Miguel Lynn Lorente, MD

I have Dr. Lorente as my Primary, and he is wonderful. He is friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about my medical problems. I think his staff is wonderful as well!

Dr. Lorente tried to diagnose me with depression and refused to listen to me when I told him I really am sick. Since then I have discovered a B12 deficiency, abnormally low hormones, low blood pressure, this list goes on. I’m seeing 4 specialists trying to get a diagnosis. I even have slight jaundice now. But gee I must just be depressed! If you look up his other reviews there are reports of this guy doing that to people a lot. Look him up in clerk of courts. Three malpractice lawsuits and leaving the scene of an accident!! What doctor leaves the scene of an accident?!

My son was referred to Dr. Miguel Lorente as a PCP for: severe back, neck, arm, & leg pain; tremors/shocks; fatigue; loss of balance. 1st visit Dr. ordered a MRI. 2nd visit, Dr. stated the MRI was normal & his issue is "depression", prescribed B12, & refused to complete the FMLA paperwork. (MRI report stated a cerv/spine MRI recommended) I went to the dr's office for a copy of his records. When I entered the office no one was behind the desk, & some people were in the waiting room. Approx. 10 ft away behind a frost panel was a woman & a man in medical attire who were speaking fairly loudly. The man was saying, "... he said that he replaced his whole roof this weekend on his cabin in GA. How can he replace a roof when he is supposedly disabled & has bad knees?"{Laughter}Woman replied, " Yeah, like that guy {Son'sName} who was just in here. He's trying to get disability when nothing is wrong with him. I'm sick of people not wanting to work and just sit home while we pay for… it" Needless to say, I was completely appalled at the unprofessionalism at the very least, but mostly shocked to hear medical staff discussing a patient by name with no regard of people within clear listening distance.

Dr. Lorente is an excellent Doctor...I felt safe and respected his care of my situation.

WHAT A GREAT AND CARING INTERNEST. IT IS A PRIVILEDGE TO BE UNDER HIS CARE.

After 7 years of seeing this DR? at Wuestoff Hospital he never found a thing wrong with me, to make things worse, his stomach Dr he had partnered himself with( Peter Koretsy) was the biggest fraud in the hospital..after I switched Dr's they immediately found out what was wrong with me..WARNING..these frauds will seriously hurt you when it comes to your SSI or disability because they will enter it on your permanent record that they could not find anything wrong with you.

If I could give Dr. L a 0 out of 5 I would. His is unprofessional, has horrific beside manner, and refuses to communicate with his patients. A family member was recently admitted to the ER and he was assigned to be our doctor. The first worlds out of his mouth were, "What do you want?"....seriously?!?! and then after our family member had been there for several days with out any progress (thanks to Dr. L) he told our family that they "had all the time in the world to figure it out." He then deem the patient cured (without having done anything) and ready to be discharged...that patient ended up in surgery with gall bladder stones and an appendicitis. So if you are the type of person that believes a spray tan and a job can cure all your aliments then Dr. L is the perfect doctor for you!

Office is always clean, staff is friendly, if you are looking for a straight forward doctor then this is the place for you... There is an urgent care in the same facility open seven days... Physicians on staff their are excellent as well. Most comfortable I have ever felt with a primary care physician.

this is the worst dr ive ever seen very unprofessional he came into my room i started to tell him why i was there and his nurse came in and told him he was in the wrong room that another patient was ahead of me so he told me to hurry up because he had to get to the other patient total time with dr 30 seconds please find another dr

Several encounters.... can't begin to describe... oppositional to put it nicely... mis focusing on minor rather than primary reason. Oppositional to following standard protocol as well.
