He still a great doctor but the office is not what are used to be he stuff is constantly changing and the old nice people are not there anymore... For the past 4 years it’s been going down the drain, nobody answers the phone they have the strangest answering voicemail To leave messages you don’t talk to a real person But at least do you get in touch with the doctor if needed. I’d rather the old system and the old people I don’t like the book bossy girl in charge since she’s there is when the service has started going down sad very sad...

Very happy with my experiences with Dr. Perez. He has been my primary for many years. it is hard to get through to his office sometimes and often the waiting room is packed but I chalk that up to the fact that if someone is very sick and doesn't have an appointment they will squeeze them in. Great beside manner and helps to try to keep costs down for the patient.

the person who gave him one star is absolutely correct. the doctor is just a pill pusher.

This doctor called me at 10 o'clock at night to check on me. He is the best. The girls in the office are absolutely amazing. They all know my name, and are very kind and eager to help. I do not know what I would do without this doctors office. You should feel privileged to be one of Dr. Perez's patients

This doctor has way too many patients. His wonderful bedside manner is no help when he can't remember a patient's chronic illness and asks the same questions during an appointment. His billing office is very difficult to deal with. When he is gone and leaves another doctor on call he doesn't even agree with that doctor. He used to have a good reputation as a caring doctor, but all that sweetness doesn't help when a patient is neglected. If you need to reach the office make it an all day job. He has hired a receptionist just to answer phones and it is still very difficult to have your call answered - then to be put on hold. After having a complete ($330) physical and lab work I was called and told my cholesterol was a little high and no need for medication.. Later when I tried to get a refill for arthritis medication it was denied. I finally got through to the office and was told by the phone answerer that my kidneys were "out of wac" and I couldn't take the medication any more. … Since I was very concerned about this I called and asked to talk to the doctor. He said not to worry, just no more pain relief. This is a professional office?

Have been a patient of Dr. Perez for about ten years. He is a wonderful doctor and really seems to care about his patients. His staff also speaks so highly of him I always feel like I'm in good hands!

Very helpful in the care of my father and mother. They both really feel he is a great doctor.

I feel he really cares about his patientsand really enjoys taking care of people.
