I really appreciate that Dr. Prieto understands someone who eats a plant based diet. I have had two visits with Dr. Prieto and found him to be caring, personable and professional. I felt heard, and that certainly goes a long way. I am very grateful to have him for support!

Dr P great, What can I say other then he is Amazing. I feel he very much care about what is going on with my health and how He can make it better... His nurse not so much, not very friendly not that she has to be but a small smile goes a long way... I have worked in health care a very long time and not evevry day is I good one. But you leave that at home, you smile and go to work and make someone you don’t even know smile, you hold a door and ask how’s can we help you. You act human... that’s all. Act like DR P. Like you care....

Dr. Prieto is outstanding. He definitely knows his stuff. Right off the bat, he saved me from a major treatment that would have proved useless and also an invasive diagnostic procedure that was satisfied in a much simpler way. He is personable and communicative. He spends his time with patients wisely. He is much more integrative than the average MD and that is a definite good thing. I am much less enthusiastic about Emerald Physicians, the group he works for. Since being bought out by Cape Cod Healthcare, Emerald too often conducts business in ways that are not especially patient centered. This unfortunately is not that uncommon. Dr. Prieto does a highly effective job of working within the Emerald constraints to deliver the highest quality care possible. I feel good about being his patient despite the Emerald connection. I only hope Emerald doesn’t become even more restrictive.

Dr Prieto is a great man. He wants you to get well he wants you to change your eating habits because food can be like poison. He's very understanding. So far so good. His Staff is great to. I drive many miles to see him and it's worth it. Keep up the good work!

I moved to the Cape a few years ago and it took me a while to find a Dr. I was happy with. Dr. Prieto is an excellent physician. I've had to see him a couple times over the last year and both times has had the solution to whatever I was dealing with. He asks the right questions and listens when you give him the answer

Dr prieto is awesome but, his staff needs to be educated on medication. They would not refill a prescription for a gout maitainence med without an appointment. I already have the diagnosis and can't go without it or I'll get an attack. This is what happens when you put uneducated people in charge of things nurses should be doing. They say I need an appt for a med refill? MACC just sees patients as a revenue source. Big mistake merging all the PCPs. JUST CALL IN MY Rx.

The worst doctor I've ever been to. Please do not go to him.

I switched to Dr. Prieto several years ago. I have been very happy with him. I especially like the patient portal that allows me to contact him or his staff with a question that does not merit an office visit. Much better than a phone call. He always gets right back to me with a good answer.
