He then completed a B.S. in Biology at Texas A & M University in Kingsville, Texas and proceeded to attain his second Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1992. Dr. Ruiz is a quality-focused dentist with extensive experience in general, restorative, aesthetic, and orthodontic procedures. Dr. Ruiz has completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education courses for orthodontic treatment and is a recognized Fellow of the American Orthodontic Society. He is also a member of the Willowbrook Dental Study Club. Dr. Ruiz’s mission is to treat every patient, whether young, old, or somewhere in between with compassion and understanding. When is not practicing dentistry he enjoys fishing, hunting, travelling, and camping.
