My husband and I have been using Dr. Tirado for many years. He is compassionate and caring, but never an alarmist. He always listens and gets to know his patient. His office is busy, but they are worth the wait. The staff always tries to be helpful and we are happy to have him as our doctor!

I had vitamin deficiency he was treating me for wrong diagnosis. Refused to get in touch with my dr of 25 years. Terrible experience.

Run ! Dont go there.He is so rude. Insurance personnel not qualified! Sent my bloodwork to wrong lab I am collections for 1 year they will not help me even tho it's their fault.the staff even admitted the mistake and told me dont worry we will take care of it..Dr. Tirado told me today it's not his problem !!! Lab my insurance doesn't use wants 698.00. They knocked it down now to 519.00. Big deal it's all their fault.

I've been a patient for over 10 years and have referred many friends over the years. I'm the past year I find it almost impossible to get through over the phone. Staff picks up and hangs up when fielding calls. Mostly dealt with Keith when I visited but he has now left. Jen and Allison also very nice to deal with. Absolutely do not care for Austin. In any case on my most recent visit I had Dr. T who has always been my favorite. Today in addition to getting refills I attempted to explain to him some health problems I've been experiencing for a prolonged time. He did not examine me or seem concerned I. The slightest. Totally blew me off and told me to live a healthier life style. This was after my BP was taken at 155/99. I cannot express how disappointed I am. Will be looking for a new physician.

I love this office. The P.A.'s are so nice, welcoming and warm. My husband and I normally see Allison but we have also been treated by Austin and Keith as well. The staff is very nice, friendly, never any problems with medications being sent to the pharmacy. I wish they would answer the phone more, it is hard to get through sometimes but they are always busy because they are great! I am so glad I found them! It is so easy to make an appointment and they make you feel very easy as far as getting results of blood work and anything else that you would normally "sweat out". They are very understanding! Will be staying with them long term and when my son is old enough not to go to the pediatritan I will bring him to Dr. Tirados office :) I'm so glad I found them.

You'll wait a bit to be seen, but you won't be given the bum's rush once you're in. Dr.Tirado is very thorough and easy to talk to.

I've been to a lot of doctors but he got it right. I read the previous comments before coming here but he was close to my house and in my plan. I realized that the reason he might not have time to call people back is because he has a busy practice. That might tell you something. Why do so many people go to him. He sent me for a test cause he didn't like something and turned out to be cancer. Now I'm in remission. I thank every day for him and while the wait is long I spoke to other patients who have similar story how he saved their or their family members live.

Was a patient for a number of years. he tries but has no concern once you leave his office - no follow up calls. diagnosis was right but then he forgot me. his office made a BIG mistake with my prescriptions and admitted it but he would take no responsibility and it cost me $300 I could ill afford since I am retired and on limited income.After I had surgery I no longer needed that medication and now have $600 worth of useless prescriptions. I had surgery and he never bothered to follow up about it. the doctors he recommends are not first rate doctors.
