Dr Beloiu is unbelievable in her bedside manner, time spent with patient, and explanation of what she is doing. Best doctor ever!

I have been a patient of Dr. Beloiu for many years. She is compassionate, caring and thorough. I like Scripps and appreciate that one is not a number, rather each patient is an individual. A wonderful doctor that takes time to listen and discern treatment.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Both Scripps Vista clinic and Dr. Beloiu gave me the worst service I have ever received from a GP. I waited for an hour for the Dr. with NO contact from the staff. Once Dr. Beloiu did arrive, her cursory apology and excuse were laughable. When she asked what I needed and I explained I was going to establish care but had changed my mind and would appreciate it if she could refill a prescription that had been the Scripps system for years. Because she did not like my attitude, she decided not to help me and cancelled the appointment, wasting 2 hours of my time. I filed a complaint with the facility and will be happy to see it through. DO NOT VISIT SCRIPPS VISTA and NEVER use Dr. BELOIU unless you want to be treated with no respect.

Great doctor

Waited for 35 min in the examining room before the Dr showed up. Then during consultation she interrupted me to say that she was out of time, to make another appt. so we could finish it up. I'm was socked! I didn't expect to get treated that way.

After years of feeling something was wrong, but not knowing exactly what, she diagnosed me immediately. She's amazing! (BTW, I was actually there to have my daughter seen, not me.)

i has been misdiagosed for over 10years. Doctor Beloiu finally listened to my complaints and ran the correct test. Most likely saving my life. I am finally being treated for my disease/lupus where as all others brushed off symptoms as stress.
