Dr. Mihai Radulescu, DMD

Mihai Radulescu, DMD, FACS is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He offers corrective jaw surgery (orthognathic surgery), chin surgery (genioplasty), removal of impacted wisdom teeth, treatment of dental infections, oral biopsies, dental extractions, dental bone graft and dental implant surgery.Dr. Radulescu has advanced training in the management of deformities of the jaws and teeth, OSA (obstructive sleep apnea), cleft lip and palate and facial aesthetics. He provides care for children and adults. He offers in-person as well as virtual consultations via telemedicine.Dr. Radulescu earned his dentistry degree from University of Montreal, Canada. He completed a residency in general dentistry at Lincoln Hospital (New York) and he obtained his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery diploma from Woodhull Medical Center (New York). He then completed a fellowship in Orthognathic Surgery and Facial Aesthetics at the Posnick Center for Facial Plastic Surgery in Maryland and at …Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He completed additional training in craniofacial surgery at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan and in cleft lip and palate surgery at Hospital Para el Nino in Mexico.Dr. Radulescu has traveled on international missions to provide oral surgery care in Mexico and Jamaica.Dr. Radulescu is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Royal Canadian Board of Dentistry, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association and the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
