Caution. Has high ratings, but is self important, takes on more than can handle, is not an expert in all fields, routinely goes out of specialty, at risk of patient care. Team is inappropriate with commentary, tact, and grammar. If you want a team that's accusatory and has little concern for your time and your or your loved ones health, see Shah. He does seem to care greatly, but this is by way of long stays, many many tests, procedures not proven or proven unnecessary or excessive ... hopefully you have hmo with co-pays...cause this leads to conclusion of botched surgical procedures resulting in additional operations where he promptly is on vacation or holiday after and unavailable.

I am very pleased with the care I received from Dr. Shah. He treated me for pancreatic cancer and now I am cancer free. Listen to him and follow his instructions and you will do fine. He devoted an entire day to my surgery (9 hours) and is very detailed. I highly recommend him.
