Dr. Mikael Eugene Bedell, MD

So, we started seeing Dr. Bedell at the North Clinic and while he's a nice guy, we're always felt rushed in his appointments and I left at times feeling like my questions weren't adequately answered. When we moved, we had hoped things would be better. My husband went to go see him for a chronic sinus infection. He's been on antibiotics more than he's been off of them and his ENT is in Boise. Dr. Bedell said he would give my husband a 2 week antibiotics with a 2 week refill. He only recieved one week with a week refill. We called back and had to leave another voicemail because no one in his office EVER answers the phone and we got an email back saying they were sending over a second prescription but didn't follow through. Tired of wasting our time and money on a doctor who doesn't provide proper care and whose office is unable to answer the phone and follow through with what they say they will do. No more.
