Dr. Mikaela Dayne Rush, MD

First visit was excellent. She took the time to read through my medical history and listen to my concerns. She gave me knowledgeable advice and great guidance .

Would not recommend. Dr. Rush was my doctor for my first birth. She did not communicate well and was unavailable to give me test results that she told me were crucial and may result in being induced early. Her staff is rude and not willing to help at all. Her nurse told me to go to the hospital if I had contractions, when I asked what I should do over the weekend without my test results. Thanks.

I went in to see Dr Rush because I was hemorrhaging and she didn't tell me to go to the emergency room she told me to take hormones and hopefully it will stop. She showed no concern no interest nothing when I was in her office. I was pale white and extremely weak and dizzy From loss of blood. She didn't even offer blood work I had to tell her I wanted it done, she was going on vacation the next day so she could care less that I was literally bleeding out and dying. I had to call three times the next day to get my results and my blood work showed low levels of hemoglobin which means I'm anemic because I was losing so much blood so fast. I have never been anemic in my life. Two days after my appointment with Dr Rush I was rushed to the ER because I couldn't move , breathe or function my pulse was 160 and my blood pressure was extremely dangerous. I had to get a blood transfusion of 6 bags of blood and a surgery to stop the bleeding And hormone shots. I was on my death bed and Dr Rush… could have prevented it by taking the right measures like order a ultrasound to see in my uterus and give me hormone shots while there and just take the right concern and right options to help me stay alive but she didn't because she didn't care what so ever. I have never liked her but just stuck it out since I had been going to her for two years seeing that I only saw her once a year or when I had my daughter. I didn't like her when I was pregnant but they said I couldn't get a refund if I switched doctors so I stuck it out. her bedside manner is terrible she could care less about anyone except getting appointments and making money.

Dr Rush is AWESOME. Her staff is very professional and pleasant and make you feel at ease. She delivered my baby and it was a great experience. She was very caring and helpful. I love following her practice on Facebook, I get a lot of useful information from it. I would highly recommend her!

I was very impressed with Dr Rush's office staff. They are very quick to return calls and help with any of my billing questions.
