Dr. Mike Nichols, MD

Dr Mike Nichols is amazing. He helps people to get their bodies to heal themselves through diet, exercise and relaxation. The exercise is intense; he pre-tests and monitors to make sure everything is ok. Considering that some patients have had heart attacks and will start an intense exercise program such testing is critical to establish proper guidelines for the trainers of those people. The diet is mostly vegetables, but significant portions of protein-rich foods, such as meat, poultry, fish, nuts and seeds. Legumes, starches and sugars are not part of the diet. Relaxation is sometimes difficult, especially for people heavily involved in innovative work in Silicon Valley, but it is crucial to success. He works with people to make it all happen. His knowledge of how the body works and how to get it to do what the owner (you!) wants is totally amazing. He takes clients only on a retainer fee basis, so this is not for everyone, just those that really care about their health and… vitality.
