Installed an emergency pacemaker. Saw his nurse a few weeks later to remove staples (she was nice). I am out of all prescribed medications and can't get any refills or anyone in his office to tell me if I have to continue taking them or not.

Office staff and physician support are very very lacking. The asst's will not return important phone calls promptly if at all. Doe not seem to be concerned when items are brought to his attention. Ended up in ICU do to the staff's non response attitude. By pass this physician if at all possible

extreme extreme rudeness. i was in tears and had to report his anger and total lack of compassion for my beloved family member that i later found out was dying. my vets have more kindness and compassion than this man, and i could go on and on but am still very grief stricken.His behavior shocked and upset all of my family to the point of having nightmares.

waited 3 hrs to been seen, once was in the office visit was about 10 minutes or so, he did order test which was good; but follow up again waited about 2 hrs to be seen, it was almost past 5 pm, they didn't have all me results, his staff not to friendly about requesting or going to get my results from downstairs, once they recieved them he went thru the results in from of his staff. I didn't appreacitate that and i asked him a question and made a joke about it, that it was nothing to worry about. I didn't return after that.
