I am writing to Express my sincere appreciation for Dr Mikela. Indeed, the most treasured of the Doctors I have been privileged to meet Dr Mikela H Yarawamai. Dr Mikela is AAA PLUS! excellent. Dr Mikela and her staff took care of all the details. Everything was well explained . They professionally paying attention to details .I felt that all the staff was very interested in my physical and mental comfort .I never was made to feel that caring for me was a burden. Dr Mikela saw me for type2 diabetes is a chronic disease in which your body is vulnerable to maintain a normal blood sugar (glucose) levels. Dr Mikela gave me hope when I had given up and was always available to answer questions and help in any way it is wonderful not to have the pain.i am doing very… well. I will never seek another Dr, these people have earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend this office for all medical care! She spotted the problem, confirmed it during my first visit and recommended an injection , which I agreed to. I experienced instead and completed relief! With the help of the team. I feel at least 25 years younger. I give 5000 star's if I could, she is phenomenal. I call her my healing angel. LoataT?

This doctor refused to address any of my medical concerns and kept telling me I'd have to come back and when I did she told me the exact same thing. She treated me extremely rudely and disrespectfully, and outright told me she wasn't going to discuss any of the medical issues I was having (!!!). Virtually her only concern was scheduling me for a mammogram when my last one had been only 6 months prior so my next one wasn't even due for 6 months (no personal or familial issues regarding breast health past or present). When I told her of issues of sciatica, numb left leg, tingling hands, incontinence, memory loss, concentration issues, among other things, without a single test and no diagnosis, she said I should take ibuprofen and see a psychiatrist. I have been healthy all my life and if I am seeking medical attention outside my annual exam, you better believe it's because something is wrong and this doctor just ignored all my symptoms, ignored the health questionnaire I filled out… prior to my visit and treated me as if I was a 2 year old who knew nothing about my own medical well-being. I understand she just got out of school but she definitely needs to go back to school and not only spend a lot of time learning about bedside manor but also how to listen to patients medical issues so perhaps she can evaluate the care they need and tests that need to be performed to help solve the issues and put them on a path to wellness rather than giving lectures and ignoring what the patient is telling her about their symptoms. The only good thing I can say about my 2 office visits and 1 phone encounter I had with her when I was traveling is that the staff and nurses in her office were extremely nice and pleasant and the wait times were minimal (for a doctor) but the medical care by this doctor was so poor, if I could give her zero stars, I would.
