Dr. Mikhail Artamonov, MD, MD

It is my privilege to write this review on behalf of Dr. Mikhail Artamonov and his staff because almost a decade ago when I became a patient, my life of chronic pain finally changed for the better. I have a pain disorder that was very difficult to diagnose. I had countless exams over my life with a variety of specialists who could not pinpoint my actual disorder. Finally, thanks to Dr. Artamonov and his vast training and in-depth knowledge, I am receiving the care and treatments I never knew existed before becoming his patient. Though my condition is permanent, he attends regular training for the newest technologies available today including participating as a certified physician in the state’s Medical Marijuana Program. He and his staff are equipped to perform all the latest diagnostic tests and procedures available in spine and pain management. From healthcare related issues to scheduling, billing, and every department I have had occasion to communicate with, the staff is… extraordinarily professional and makes me feel like a part of a family. Particularly, Dina Cascioli, Medical Assistant, Cassidy C., Front Desk Receptionist, Amanda B. in the billing department, and Practice Manager, Arifa A., treat me with the dignity and respect every patient deserves. If I could rate this Harvard-trained specialist any higher than 5 stars, I would. Advance Pain, Spine, and Sport Medicine has been a blessing. First of all Dr. Artamonov is a highly skilled, no nonsense doctor. He actually listens to what the patient says then he comes up with a plan to treat the issue. I have been to many doctors over the last dozen years or so to treat a back injury and he is the first to actually provide not only relief from the constant pain, but a plan for the future. His office staff is extremely organized, very friendly, and proficient at their jobs. Dr. Artamonov has recently moved his practice and currently has only 1 office in Sciota, PA. The office is clean with plenty of parking and it is easy to navigate to.

I went from fully functional at Stanford pain clinic to Bed ridden and now I face going to the emergency Room because I've been stuck in bed for over a week and have not eaten because my pain level is out of this world.

After coming from Stanford University pain center to this doctor I have become bit maiden from fully functional and now I am stuck in the bed and cannot eat from pain and have been this way for almost a week now and cannot even make his appointments anymore this doctor sucks

So im in extreme pain and contacted the Jupiter office to make an appointment. First of all i understand they are busy. I called at least 10 times and was put on hold with a very rude sounding girl. Each time the phone was clicked on hold before i could even answer yes to being put on hold. Then noone answered or took me off of hold. Finally i get through and was treated extremely rude, the girl kept cutting me off with my questions about Prolozone and about the doctor. However i was able to figure out the doctor is only in from Pennsylvania for 1 day a month. I would have to do an expensive consult and come back a month later. I tried to find out if they do stem cell and prp but the girl kept cutting me off. I finally asked why she wont let me finish a sentence and she said i cant deal with you and slammed the phone. I had a feeling that she would be that rude so i recorded her and will be happily posting on Youtube!

He will see you until you overdose on cortisone

Dr A is great doctor! And we are all super lucky to have him in our area - he would be a star in any place... So not sure where do people write these bad reviews... It has to be a hidden reason that they dnt disclose - and in pain management there are plenty of those reasons - mostly drugs... His office has never been a pill mill - quite the opposite - trying to help to get off all drugs using techniques from all over the world and simply his energy and compassion...The procedures that he does give an instant relief, i'm constantly seeing him for many years! His treatment approaches and different techniques are clearly above any pain clinic level - and i've been treated in the best centers including John Hopkins! Yes if your doctor is busy like Dr A is - it's hard for staff to keep up - only those who truly care, and put patients above themselves survive there - i see many leave... can't say it's good but i see why - he just doesn't tolerate sloppiness and laziness because he works… like a machine himself to help everyone around!

Give them a chance

He isn't concerned with his patients well being. He is only interested in doing tests & shots over & over even when they do not help.

got my knee fixed with their stem cell program... excellent doctor and right to to the point... staff can be better as always but considering what you get there it's irrelevant... sent all my friends and family with different problems there including weight management, addiction and others - there and they are all happy so far highly recommended!
