Dr. Mikhail Azrilevich

For about 15 years our family has our doktor Mikhail Azrilevich. He is an attentive and friendle doctor. But unfortunately in his team there is a person who being a medical asistant , allow herself to speak rudely and impolite with patients. Her name is NATASHA OVCHARENKO. Her behavior, worsens the condition of sick people who before they get to the doctor are forsed to deal with her. Ovcharenko communicates with patients annoued and often denies necessary patient services. Taking on the phone she can hang up without listening to the patient"s end. Her presence in the team makes it difficult to communicate with doctor. If necessary get to the doctor, a thought appears how to make an appointment and not get stress.

Doctor is good but office telephone system needs improvement, very often nobody pick up a phone and answering system always full and you cannot leave a message

We tried a number of doctors in the area, and finally found Dr Azrilevich. Sure, there are lines sometimes. And sure, there is a sizable contingent of elderly Soviet expats. But this is because Dr Azrilevich seems to actually be there to help people, and especially people in need. So the day that you are the one who needs an urgent appointment or you need help afterhours or you are down on your luck and lose your health insurance and he tells you to just come in and not worry about anything, youâ??ll appreciate why itâ??s worth the wait some other days. And once you are in his office, youâ??ll see another reason why the occasional wait might happen and why it is worth it -- he pays attention while you speak and takes the time to try to figure out the best solution to your problem. Doctors like this are practically impossible to find these days.

Very caring, helpful, attentive, straightforward and kind. Always available and willing to answer questions or go the extra mile, even outside of business hours. My best experience with an MD by far, and I have had many! Would recommend to anyone!
