Do not go to this doctor for Prolotherapy, he is reckless. He is also a crook and a liar. He is also contributing to the massive Opioid epidemic here in WNY. He is not a legitimate dr. but one that accepts cash only because he was arrested for medicare fraud. He is not able to accept Medicaid or Medicare. He also doesnt' accept insurance because of prior insurance fraud. Research him on the internet. His real name is Dr. Mikhail Strutsovskiy. But since he was convicted of medicare fraud and insurance fraud he shortened his name to Strut. Research the medical school he attended, sham school in Dominican Republic.

Dr Strut is very skillful in administering prolotherapy This treatment can give a degree of pain relief that has few or no adverse effects while there is some pain it gradually resolves and is worth the wait Dr Strut has expertise in this area and general physicians do not have this skill.

I went there 3 times. First to get info. Second visit I wasn't seen until 1 hour and a half past my scheduled appt. Third visit, I supposedly got shots of novacaine that never worked. I don't feel I really was given novacaine. I was in the ER the next day. Was not taken seriously!
