Milani’s diverse background has granted her experience in treating patients with substance abuse and severe persistent mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD.
Milani chose to practice functional and integrative medicine because she has always had a passion for finding the root cause of her patient’s health conditions. She believes there are many aspects providers have to take into account when caring for patients. Factors such as; patient’s …environment, lifestyle, genetics, exercise, diet, and sleep patterns are vital when creating a treatment plan.
Milani specializes in treating obesity and weight gain with medical weight loss, hormone imbalance with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and thyroid disorders. She also treats mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
