Dr. Milburn Sidney Haynes, DDS

ABOUT DR. HAYNES
Dr. Milburn Haynes is a native and lifelong resident of Texarkana.  He graduated in 1988, from the University Of Tennessee College Of Dentistry in Memphis.  Dr. Haynes    served as President of his dental class throughout the four years and received numerous awards for his scholarship, leadership, and service.  Upon graduation, Dr. Haynes received the American College of Dentists Dean’s Leadership Award.
Other outstanding honors include induction into the Richard Doggett Dean & Marguerite Taylor Dean Honorary Odontological Society in recognition of enrollment among those who have pledged themselves to a lifelong interest in the work and advancement of Dentistry and Dental Education, the Imhotep Society in recognition of service and leadership in student affairs and student life, and the prestigious Pierre Fauchard Academy.  
His numerous certifications include, but are not limited to Dental Implant System Prosthetics, Enteral Conscious Sedation by the Texas State …Board of Dental Examiners, treatment of edentulous patients through Osseointegration, Special training in Temporal Mandibular Jaw (TMJ) treatment, OSHA principles, and CPR.
Dr. Haynes is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, first district Texas Dental Society, and the Kappa Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Delta dental fraternity. 
A broad background and up-to-date training are strengths which help Dr. Haynes  provide the best possible care for all his patients.  He feels his practice “exists to provide care and service to the community and the individual.”  He also believes “each patient should be treated with kindness, compassion and respect.”
