One of the worst experiences I’ve ever.

I am...was a patient. I went to call for my annual appointment and the phone number wasn't working. I thought that was odd, so I went by the office and there are mail slips on the door with all of the furniture in the waiting room just gone. I stepped next door to ask if they knew anything and they said she had been gone for 2-3 months. There was absolutely no notice given to any of her patients. I don't know what happened to her, but if she did just leave...who does that?

Dr Silva has been my Dr for over 12 years, not only mine but my mother’s and husbands. Offices close out of nowhere, with no call to patients. I am in desperate need of my 12 years of health records and have nowhere to reach anyone that can guide me on retrieving my records. Next step will have to get my attorney involved, those records can not just disappear. I pray that someone reaches out to me from this practice, I really do not want to resort to involving an attorney, but I feel I have no other option

Expect the unexpected with this office. Changing procedures and rules last minute impacting the patient's time, medication and quality of life. And it seems the office doesn't care at all. Reconsider seeing someone else!

GOOD DR ...GOOD SERVICES .... TIME TO WAY NORMAL TIME ... GOOD FACILITY CONCERT TO THE OFFICE SPACES... MY OPINION ABOUT THE STAFF POOR THEY NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND NICE WITH THE PUBLIC DON'T MATTER THEY ARE TIRED DURING THE DAY!!!

Wonderful Experience, great doctor. Take good care of patient, listen, verify everything and help in any way she can.

I had appointment at 12:45 and went in at 1:50. More than an hour and they did not even apologize . Docter was with me only 2 minutes and she did not talk and explain my lab result appropriately. I spent a lot of money for doctor visit and i will never go back there and do not recommend her at all. Very dissapointed

This is my third year going to Dr. Silva and I think she is a good doctor, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike other Drs. I never feel Dr. Silva is trying to spend the minimum time on my consult (since I am relatively in good health and without any major issues), she answers all my questions and makes recommendations. The office is relatively close to my work area, and close to Waterford so is convenient to go there once per year. To make an appointment is not too complicated it, but sometimes there is some waiting on the phone, and at least ~2-3wks for appointment times. I dont recall getting a reminder each year to schedule the appointment (other Dr. offices do send those reminders) so is up to you to remember to call them. The nurse and the front office lady are both friendly, efficient and nice. All in all, I will recommend for your annual physical exam.

This was my first visit to this office. Very short wait. Staff very polite and professional. Physician assistants were very thorough examining my 89 yr. old mother. Dr. Silva was very friendly, professional and helpful. Both my mother and I were very pleased.

the office is terrible about answering the phone!!!!! The Dr. is AWESOME!!! I wish they would improve wait time and answer phones.
