Dr. Milele Bourne Francis

I will never see Dr Francis ever again. I been going to het for about 13 years. I just had a hysterectomy for Prolapse uterus. I had very large FIBROIDS. I had been complaining for 3 years about heavy bleeding. Dr Francis never order a test for that. Dr Reynolds did my surgery. In the hospital waiting to be discharge and Dr Melile Francis came in. SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS. Ok if you didn't recognize my face or name. You should've alesst read my chart. Dr Francis had to go and read my chart. She need to take some Refresher classes on how to be a better Doctor. Good bye and how she doesn't do this to anyone else.

I've been a patient for over 9 years - she is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. She's knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely cares about you health. I'd highly recommend her.

Dr. Francis is a phenomenal physician with the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. She is smart, compassionate, a great listener, and works to get to the bottom of the problem. I highly recommend her!

It took 2 weeks for the doctor to get back to me about my test results. When I didn't hear from them I supposed my results were normal. No, they weren't normal. Not to mention she was so unfriendly. It wasn't that she was rude, but she did not make me feel comfortable or that my problems even mattered for that fact. I had to explain my problems over and over because she wasn't listening to me and it was very obvious. She almost prescribed something to me that I was already taking. Yes, she seemed to be educated but I'm not sure I want a doctor who could care less about my well-being. I felt like an animal just waiting my turn in line and being pushed out of the office when she moved onto the next cow in line. On a positive note, the nurse was great and the office staff was friendly. The office was also very clean for what I could see.

Dr Francis does not explain in detail post op recovery and major side effects of surgery . I trusted her knowledge and and now have life long medical problems from her error of judgement .
