Dr. Miles Russell Day, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Day for over a year. You will be waiting for minimum an hour in the waiting room before being called back, the lady at the front desk seems to love to argue about everything, you can never get your refills on time, He tried to do one procedure and when it didn't work referred me out to a neuro surgeon and when I wasn't a candidate sent me back to Dr. Day who refused to try anything else. I have gotten worse over the year drastically to the point I had to quit my job because I was unable to work. In this time period he has refused to get any more imaging done, and he is not treating to what I feel appropriate for my pain levels medication wise. And when I sought out a second opinion, he cancelled a refill on one of my medications to what I feel is out of retaliation. The Dr. I am going to see is unable to prescribe narcotics. When I called to see if I could get a refill of my medication I was met with well we see you are going to another doctor so he is refusing… to fill the medication even though I explained that the doctor I am going to see isn't one who is able to prescribe. So now I have to find another pain management doctor to see me and start over from square one.

Dr. Day is an awesome Pain Management Specialist. He has helped me tremendously with my nerve pain. He is a very caring Doctor. He takes his time when you visit him for an appointment. He’s truly the best man n his field. You’ll really like him.

Dr. Day, his fellows and interns are superior. I have had other pain management specialists and none come close to Dr. Miles Day. The nurses and staff are personable and helpful. Without the medical care I have received at the clinic over a period of five years I would not be able to enjoy normal human activities. I could not rate or recommend higher.

I have been a patient of Dr. days for a couple of years now. He is, bar none, the most genuinely concerned doctor I have seen in my life. My nerve pain began after brain surgery. Dr. Day was honest with me about the fact that my pain was unique but he said he would do everything he possibly could to assist, he has. Unfortunately the results have not been as good as I would like but knowing that Dr. Day is out there working feverishly gives me hope that God will give him further gifting for this need as well. At the end of the day I trust God most and His joy is sufficient!

He is not the Dr. You think he is.

Dr Day is quite arrogant, but then that seems to go with the territory amongst the breed, especially in this backwater rural community. Big fish in a little pond so to speak. Come to this conclusion because he dismisses the opinion of a big fish in a big pond. At any rate he becomes personable and more likable with time. Not so sure of his dx as there was minimal exam done before he came to his conclusion. Will see about his results. His fellow seemed quite knowledgeable. Staff are all about payment. Schedules operating suite for procedure that can be done in the office. Unnecessary expenses.

I have seen Dr Day for 5+ yrs. From the first meeting I knew he was special. He is a teacher and has the most up to date info and techniques. Compassionate and caring don't begin to describe him.

waited for three hours, saw three different doctors and then ordered the wrong diagnostic tests. I will never go back and I do not recommend this Doctor to anyone.
