Great Doctor. Good listener. I am 95 years old female. He put a pacemaker in me and did a wonderful job. I feel wonderful. He was kind, attentive and most importantly gave me a better quality of life.

They made me wait 1hr 45 min to see him. No empathy, no call ahead that this would happen (they knew 30 min before my appointment he would be this late), no discount, no personal note of apology, no gift card, no real apology from leaders like Tonya Glenn or the Vineland office assistants, just their adamant, arrogant position that he had other priorities and I can come back another time. They need to be 100% more customer focused and care about problem resolution. However while Dr. Parikh was great I'm not going back to this practice for 3 procedures I need because I refuse to be treated like my time doesn't matter and they don't care to own customer satisfaction. I asked my referring physician to take this practice off their list.
