Had a root canal done almost a year ago. After 2 weeks still had discomfort went back and he said it all looks good. Went to my regular dentist who recommended him and they told me it would take some time to completely heal. It’s been a year with discomfort on and off but getting bad now. Going to another Endo hope they can figure out this mess. Hope this info helps.

Dr. Janicek took the time to review what the procedure was for, what it involved and what I should expect over the three days or so following the procedure (he performed a root canal). Certainly one of the best physicians I've ever received a needle from (barely felt a pinch). His explanation of what would take place over the three days following the procedure was spot on. The icing on the cake was that on day three he personally followed up with a phone call to make sure I was feeling well, asked if I had any questions and to make sure I wasn't experiencing any complications.

He doesn't like to be asked questions. Invited me to leave if I didn't want to listen to (the second) explanation of root canal before we determined that there would be a root canal. There won't be, with him, anyway.
