My sister came to you looking for answers about her squinting patellae knees that clearly need to be treated and she managed to leave your office with more questions then she did walking in. I also have the same problems my sister has with her knees and after her visit with you I will be sure never to go to you for help. You should not only be helping your patients find answers but reassuring them that there is a way to fix their problems you successfully were able to do neither of those things.

I injured myself playing basketball on a Sunday and immediately went to the emergency room at Penn. X-rays were negative as expected and I was told to follow-up to get an MRI. That Monday I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Zgonis - Upon arriving I explained what happened and he was able to diagnosis me immediately (torn Achilles). He then helped me schedule a next morning appointment for an MRI which ended up confirming the diagnosis. On Thursday I scheduled surgery with him and successfully underwent surgery. It has been just over two weeks and although I have a long road of recovery/physical therapy ahead of me I could not be more pleased with my treatment from Dr. Zgonis and his PA Lisa to this point.
