Dr. Milton D Chan, DDS

The staff that works there are great, but Dr. Chan is an unprofessional, full of himself boss. On several occasions, I (while getting my teeth worked on) witnessed Dr. Chan yelling at his workers about things like them using the wrong wifi. Additionally, there are tons of hidden fees. Along with having to pay for your initial retainer, you have to pay if you lose your retainer. HOWEVER, Dr. Chan tightened my retainer to a point that it wasn't fitting the way it was supposed to (which I obviously didn't know), but when I came back a month later and told him my tooth had moved out of place, he said I could get my braces back on (which I wasn't going to do because the first time I did everything I was supposed to and had to have them on for several months long than expected) or I could get another retainer which would cost around $300 and leave my tooth crooked. I have to pay three hundred dollars for Dr. Chan's screw up. Thanks!
