Dr. Milton Tan Fong, MD

Dr. Fong is an excellent doctor...I don't know about these 2 comments that were left on this site discrediting him and that had said nothing but bad things about him. Obviously there was more to the story with them that we do not know about? He is not an OB doctor...a family medicine doctor. A family doctor may see someone that is pregnant but usually will refer them to an OB doctor. I want people to know he saved my husbands life 6 years ago by being diligent in finding out he had lung cancer. I believe my husband is alive today because of Dr. Fong. My husband saw him up to the point of him recently leaving Ridgeview Clinic in Belle Plain. He is patient, kind and was always helpful...always. We will forever be indebted to him he was a doctor with integrity. God speed Dr. Fong.

Dr Fong is Dangerous. He basically hung up on me, told me he was to busy to help me get my necessary Depression medication. He said, make an appointment when i was really sick and needed his help. I am shocked at his response. I would say he was the most , insensative, arrogant doctor i have met

Maybe it is because MN is not over ran with illegal aliens and the clinics are not overcrowded here, but the wait time was short. The Dr did not act in a rush. Actually sat down and went into detail with procedures etc. I thought Dr Fong was an excellent Dr. Seems passionate about his profession.

The clinic I go to recommended Dr. Fong, because my regular Dr. was not available, and because he did see OB patients. I just found out I am pregnant and needed to see someone right away because I am also on medication, for an injury I sustained a year ago, that are harmful for the baby. Dr. Fong spent less than two minutes with me. The entire time he was in the room he was pacing around and demaning; "why was I there", "what was it that I expected him to do for me", was I "even planning to continue the pregnancy", and not letting me speak when I tried to answer him. He said, "I can't help you", told me to wait a second, walked out of the room and came back with a pamphlet to another clinic. He didn't even bother to check me out at all. He wasted precious time for me, and the baby, that could have been spent actually getting the help and advice I desperately needed. I hope he gets his license yanked soon.
