I had to have a second surgery on my ankle. The first done by another Doctor who wasn’t very good. Dr. Stern and Dr. Cindy were excellent. I can’t even begin to tell you about the pre and post care I’ve received. Love the staff also.

For several months I was unable to walk on either foot. I tried an orthopedic specialist and several other physicians to figure out why I couldn’t walk. Dr Stern and Dr Cindy went above and beyond to diagnose so they could begin the proper treatment. There are no words to describe how compassionate, kind and above all how they care for there patients. The staff is all very nice and friendly, the only complaint I have is that I asked for a note to be mailed to me and I never received it. I couldn’t get a note in the mail, but had no issues mailing out the bills. Very disappointed!!

I went to him for advice about inserts for my shoes. I got a " free pedicure". He trimmed my feet in less than a minute. Toe nails were flying all over the room and even struck my wife in the face. A few weeks later, I experienced pain in my big toe. I was shocked to see it was cut, not in the usual way but at an angle. When I trimmed my nails as generally prescribed, flat across my toe, it bled. A few weeks later, my other toes were bothering me. I saw they were also trimmed at an angle. I trimmed them as recommended and hope they heal without further treatment. I believe they were trimmed improperly on purpose. I can't prove it but that's what I think. I will not be going back to Dr. Stern.
