Best practice ever!!! My acne is finally under contol.

Doctor Bansal is a wonderful doctor , her office manger gets the job done she is so sweet!!

Dr Bansal rushed my visit and in the end referred me to a plastic surgeon. She was rude and only interested in telling me to come back for a body skin cancer test. Did not care that I was disappointed in that she could not help me and than just left me in the room I thought she was coming back with the referral only to find out the woman at the desk had the card. I would not recommend this office.

This office appears to overbook and I found my visits were rushed. I didn't feel like the plan of care was adequately explained. I didn't feel like my concerns were addressed. I found it dismissive that Dr. Bansal was walking out the door as I was still asking questions.

Waited over an hour for the visit, only to be seen by Dr. Bansal for 5 minutes! The appointment was rushed and she was not very patient in answering my questions. More about quantity than patient care! I will not be returning.

kept me long wait over the phone and Receptionist said Doctor is not available even though she was available on particular date. Sounds so rude

Fantastic office !!! The Office Manger Michélle is very professional and goes be on to make sure you get the proper care . Artur the PA suggested that I go on accutane for my acne . I’ve been on it for 4 weeks and what a difference. Marisol the medical assistant is so sweet she takes the time to explain everything to you.
