Dr. Min Pan, MD

Just getting through to talk to a REAL person to ask a question takes forever. After going through all this press 1, press 2 BS for 10-15 minutes to ask a simple yes/no question, when I FINALLY got a real person, I cancelled my appointment!

Dr. Pan was the first doctor who actually took the time to listen to my concerns. I was having headaches almost daily. She properly diagnosed my problem and has worked consistently to help find proper treatment modalities. She has helped reduce the number of pain days and given me my life back.

Dr. Pan was so blinded by my weight that all she could keep asking me is if I thought about losing weight. Which I replied yes, I had recently lost a considerable amount of weight. Which she then asked if I had considered weight loss surgery. My concerns had nothing to do with my weight and were not contributed by my weight and she basically disregarded my issues and sent me on my way.

I have a neurological disease that is rare so I recently have decided to get a second opinion to see if I have any other treatment options. I Waited 3 months to get in with dr.pan after searching for months before that for a neurologist that would accept medicare. Talked to the office several times, they sent me paperwork, told me what to bring the day of. When I arrived they asked me for a referral that they never said I needed and then told me they dont do second opinions... and they wouldn't let the doctor see me. The office staff was very unprofessional, very rude, and cut me off when I tried to explain that no one told me any of this over the phone. So now I will have to start another search for a new neurologist, and have to wait several months before an available appt. I'm very upset and disappointed.

Horrible experience with Dr. Pan at the hospital- she discriminated against my father for being over weight and did not follow stroke protocol. We had to fight for everything that he rightfully had rights to after suffering from a pons stroke. I’m not sure how people with out families in the hospital survive her care.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and my symptoms have greatly improved since I started seeing her. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Pan is so nice and takes the time to really listen and make a plan with you that works for you rather than just shove a pill at you and increase dosage just to get you out of the office. I have been to many neurologists over the years and she is the first one I have truly liked, respected, and felt that she was there for me as a patient not a number.

This doctor does not care for her patients, does not listen to them nor has any compassion. I have trigiminal nueralgia and the pain was unbearable all she did was send me to pain management which was not helpful. I needed a permanent fix. I ended up seeking a different nuerologist who within one day connected me with a neurosurgeon and had decompression surgery two days after. Dr. Pan and her staff could care less and should be put out of business.

If you need any relief from any nuerological disorder, DON'T NOT EVER GO HERE! The office staff is rude, VIOLATES HIPPAA mandates, gossips/makes fun of loudly so those in the waiting room can hear about other's medical issues. Dr. Pan does not listen to patient concerns about medications and will prescribe what she feels is best despite the patient being deeply concerned about the side effects. If you want to be treated like a human being who is seeking medical care, AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST.

Doctor didn't treat the dx I came to see her for. She found one that was just easier to treat leaving me with a serious problem. Low on compassion and would never recommend.
