I visited Dr. Zhu today in Westford for an initial consultation, and I was very pleased. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful, and appreciated her kind willingness to discuss my symptoms.

so disappointed in this Doctor, saw her in the Lowell General Hospital Emergency Room, she wasn't bad there but recommended I see my primary care physician and her if symptoms continued. Symptoms continued and after follow up with Primary care doc, I was urged to make an appointment. After jumping through hoops I got an appointment 10 days post ER visit. I arrive with plenty of time before appointment with all documents and films. I am brought in a room and after 10 minutes into my appointment I am told she called in sick and wasn't offered another appointment for five weeks! With severe painful headaches every day with vomiting, and no sleep I was told there was no sooner she could see me, even though I was missing work.

SHE WAS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR I WISH SHE NEVER LEFT MICHIGAN

Very happy with Dr Zhu

I saw Zhu when I suffered a seizure in Lowell. When I saw her she accused me of being on drugs, and neglected the fact that I've had seizures since I was a child. She was incredibly rude to me, and treated me like a prisoner, not a patient. The other doctors I saw were helpful, but she personally attacked me. I would suggest nobody seek her out as a patient, and I would suggest to her that she find a new career (one in which sympathetic contact with people is not a prerequisite).

WE DIDN'T WAIT 5 MINUTES TO BE CALLED INTO THE ROOM AND ANOTHER 5 MINUTES TO BE SEE. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY PLEASANT AS WAS ALL THE STAFF.
