Dr. Mina H Kalali

She tells us one thing and does another. She has attitude with both the parents and children. She gets very loud with children. Even once my youngest son stopped crying, she started yelling again, which of course made him start crying again. When I spoke to her about that situation she smiled, but said with a condescending voice, that she did nothing of the sort. The hygienist there are wonderful, very calming with children. The dentist on the other hand, has the worst bedside manner that I have ever seen in my life. She scares the kids more than the visit itself does, she has no patience with children or understanding of their apprehensiveness. One time, she said my oldest sons tooth needed to be pulled. When I asked if it could be filed and have a sealant instead of being pulled,...she could have explained to me why that would not work. Instead she became very rude and loud and said, "I don't give options. Either we pull it or I will do nothing at all!". My children had a different… dentist before we moved to the area and begged me to find any other dentist for them so they don't have to go to Dr. Mina ever again. My husband is going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Worse dentist ever. She acts nice but she is sooooo mean. She should not be a pediatric dentist. She has no tolerance with kids. I would never ever go there again and I would recommend you to bring your kids there you will have the bad experience just like me and regret it. I feel so bad for bringing my kid there.
