I was told to bring required form in from work and would be filled out while I wait as no appointment needed, I take off work and then told Dr is out all week and they never fill out paperwork right away, it will 7-10 days. Really?

Dr Mina Lutts is my primary care physician. Her office personnel are extremely professional and helpful. Janet spent an entire day making phone calls getting me through my insurance company's referral process after an emergency room visit and follow-on appointments at an out of state hospital while I was on vacation.

Been seeing Dr. Lutts for over 10 years. She has excellent bedside manner and a very caring staff.

Dr. Lutts noticed an increase in my PSA even though it was still in the normal range recommended I see a Urologist. Biopsy was positive for Prostate Cancer and was treated very early and successfully.

Dr Lutts has always been able to help me and my family with our medical needs. She is great with diagnostic skills- and seems to be able to always put me on path to recovery.

I accompanied my elderly mother to the appointment, Dr. Lutts did not give her time to ask question or to resolve her issues. There was confusion on her medication from the cardiologist, instead of verifying the prescription she guessed and said if it is not right let us know. If fact it was incorrect and the pharmacist brought it to my mother attention.

She is not a very personal doctor. She makes you feel rushed and pays zero attention to what your saying. I have seen many doctors over the years and she is not a very nice one. She needs to listen to her patients more and quit just rushing them off with a prescription. Not a fan.
