My Dr is always so helpful, and thorough, answers any questions I may have makes sure I feel comfortable with the visit before I leave

She came to the appointment prepared, by reviewing my chart before entering. She discussed my main concerns and explained how the office worked. I was very impressed with her patience and communication skillsshe explained things in a manner that you could understand and did not assume you "knew" abbreviations and medical terminology for procedures.

I was told to bring required form in from work and would be filled out while I wait as no appointment needed, I take off work and then told Dr is out all week and they never fill out paperwork right away, it will 7-10 days. Really?
