Dr. Mina Rizwan, MD

I would give her a zero rating if I could. I had a tele health call with her & she was SO condescending! She told me I can prescribe a medicine for you & when I asked what it was she said the name very quickly. I asked if she would spell it for me & she said, "I've already told you the name of it." I was in the medical field for 30 years & am quite familiar with generic vs brand name products & asked if she could tell me the brand name of the product as I didn't recognize the generic name & again she said, "I've already told you the name of the medicine." SHE clearly doesn't know the difference in a generic vs brand name & wants nothing more than to send in a RX & be done with the patient. She's down right rude & shouldn't be in the health care profession!

She is a terrible doctor; extremely Rude!

I found her to be soft spoken and understanding of my situation. The whole call lasted about a minute. She asked me what my symptoms were, if I had tried an OTC, and if I had been prescribed a medication for my condition before. I told her what I had been prescribed for this issue in the past and she said she would write me a prescription for it. I didn’t feel like she was rude or careless by being quick; I appreciated how much time I saved by her being “to the point.”

Dr Rizwan very soft spoken compassionate, listened to me , top rated physician , I had very good experience, very nice person .

Similar to others I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rizwan on the Teladoc platform. I spoke to her for barely 30 seconds before she ended the call. In the time we were connected I was able to tell her that I had already tried an otc medication to treat my problem. She told me that she would prescribe me a medication but didn't specify which one before ending the call. When I went to my account I saw that she prescribed me an otc medication that is very similar to that which I already tried. It is apparent to me that she didn't listen to anything that I had to say on our call. I've used Teladoc before and was very happy with the experience, but now I'm not sure if I can trust the service.

Was rude and hung up on me mid call. The next thing I see is a cancellation on my tele-appointment. I am not surprised by the low ratings here. Disappointing since i had to move other commitments to make time for this.

Same experience as almost everyone else. She was rude, didn’t listen and completely unhelpful.
