Dr. Mina Sehhat, MD

Stay away from this doctor. Very discriminative and rude to the patients. We had this doctor since my oldest daughter was born and she soon be 18. She was nice when we had private insurance and she could bill us for anything she wanted afterwards. But due to some difficulties we had to switch to medical insurance for my kids and boy she does not like that. She disrespects you, puts you done and discriminate you because of it even though she had us for 18 years now. She tells you in your face a few times that you have medical insurance I can’t do anything for you. Her attitude towards us changed after we changed our insurance and I confronted her a few times and she said because they don’t pay her enough. But no matter what she doesn’t have the right to misbehave like that. So please stay away from her and her office . She even fired her very nice assistant because of her accent. She doesn’t deserve any stars but I had to give her one to write this review. Stay away A very… frustrated mom

This doctor scrubbed in to be present at our son's birth, which was so comforting to us as first time parents. More importantly, she immediately recognized a heart valve issue, and involved a top-notch pediatric cardiologist. The two of them made quick work of the diagnosis and the situation was managed. We've kept Dr. Sehhat on speed dial ever since. Efficient front office. Always easy to get an appointment. She came well-recommended by our OB-GYN.

After interviewing local pediatricians, Dr. Sehhat's credentials were top of class, yet she was the only doc who recounted to us her concerns and experiences with her *own* children. We chose her as our children's pediatrician, and have never regretted it. No problem too small or large - quick appointments when warranted. Her adoration of our children is equalled only by our children's love of her. Totally knowledgeable, totally personable. We've always been given good advice and never talked down to. Office is efficient and spotless, staff friendly and professional. We recommend highly.
