She is so kind and patient. Really listens and isn’t in a hurry. Such a pleasure!

Dr Ellis has been treating my husband for over 4 years and he and I are pleased with her care. She spends the time and listens carefully and has been more then concerning with my husband medical condition . Has referred him to specialists to attend to his needed care. I am a patient of Dr.Stern which whom she shares the office space and am more them pleased with all staff. They are pleasant and a joy whenever we are there for our office visits.I have recommended both Dr.Ellis and Dr.Stern to others in the past .

she is very condescending and very rude and disrespectful she doesn't care about the patients who care more about making money and what's going on with a patient's health

Trying to get a referral is like getting teeth pulled. Horrible! RUN RUN AWAY

Dr. Ellis proved to be entirely unhelpful despite the fact that I explained the reason for my visit. The office staff was even worse. After over 6 months of following up with the medical records staff, I have still been unable to receive the paperwork I need to submit to my insurance company and therefore have had to pay out of pocket for all expenses. This is the worst office I have ever worked with! I DO not advise seeing this doctor or the Palm Beach Medical Group!

This is the worst doctor's office that I've ever had to deal with. I've been in healthcare for over 32 years and never, never have I come in contact with such rudeness, unprofessional and down right uncaring attitudes from staff members. Dr. Ellis is not much better. She never makes sure that referrals are handled in a timely manner. Important doctor appointments and testing have had to be canceled the day of the appointment because of Dr. Ellis and her staff's incompetence. The physician's board of Florida needs to investigate this practice. Check out the previous ratings..... and this practice is allowed to treat patients. You can forget getting referrals sent as that NEVER happens. As soon as I can find a primary care physician, Dr. Ellis and her staff will be history for my family member. Angry family member.

Although I like Dr. Ellis, I had to leave due to her nurse Tammy. When I would call for an appointment, other than a prescheduled follow up, Tammy would give me a hard time. It seemed to be up to her whether you could get an appointment. When she called with test results, she had no patience when I didn’t quite understand, so I asked to come in to see Dr. Ellis to go over the results and she told me she had no appointments. She was always short tempered. I requested a scan to be faxed to a specialist and when they didn’t get, she insisted it was sent. I suggested going there to pick it up and she said I could choose to have it resent or picked up but she didn’t have time to do both. I asked her why she always gave me such a hard time but decided to find another doctor rather than be treated that way.

Dr. Ellis is an average Dr. nothing outstanding but bearable. Her staff is another subject, especially her nurse Nancy. she is the most obnoxious nasty nurse I have ever encountered, she is obviously in the wrong profession and is a deterrent to the practice. I am planning on changing Dr's because of her negative attitude.

Dr. Ellis is great, but Annette will not pull referrals through, sends people to unnecessary doctors, does not know when a doctor is in network and makes patients use another one, tears down people's patient portals, is so rude that even when professionals call and try to help the situation she upsets them. Demands unnecessary appointments and even sends certified letters repeatedly to patients homes regarding these unnecessary appointments. Stay away! You don't need this!
