Everytime I go there is a long wait to even get called to the back and then you still have to wait, went three times for a yearly and all three times I was told they couldn't do it for one reason or another in one visit I was told they couldn't charge for a yearly and lab results in the same visit when they have already told me my results so I payed twice to hear my lab results....time to find an new Dr.

I too am looking for another office for my health care needs........money is about the only thing this office needs and wants, not what my health care is.........sad when you need someone to actually help you and all they want is more money.......gloria g. Walls

Seemed to be more interested in making a large career and expanding his practice. Long wait times and taking personal phone calls during my last visit. Didn't know what my return visit was concerning. Poorly qualified staff. I found a new Dr, after putting up for his shoddy practice too long

Dr Patel has extensive knowledge within his profession and I have been his patient since 2006 and have found that the wait can be long, but worth it! It’s difficult to come across a doctor who is willing to take calls on weekends for emergencies.

I waited an hour and a half on the last visit. This visit wait time was two and a half hours. I walked out. The excuses are ridiculous. I am looking for a new doctor with a more efficient office and staff.

This place does not care about you as a patient. The staff is rude and always spend more money in this office than others?!?

Best of the Best 4 years in a row. That is why he is my primary care doctor. My 80 year old mother also goes to him.
