Dr. Mingjay Jeffrey Wu, MD

I am not able to find any phone number or office for this doctor. I was treated over a month ago and still have not received a bill.

Emergency room doctor, so some of the questions don't relate.

We had a great experience with Dr Wu. He right away acknowledged my daughter's pain, he did not rush, he was polite and succesfully engaged my daughter in conversation to distract her, and most importantly he dealt with our medical issue.

Dr. Wu did not listen to my wife when she came in to the emergency room. His attitude was one that lacked all compassion. He failed to examine her properly, failed to look into her health history and failed to even venture a stab at a diagnosis. All it would have taken was for him to look at what medicine was given to her earlier that day at the same ER and he would have seen she was exhibiting all of that medicine's side effects. His bedside manner was as poor as I've ever seen -- he acted like a Hollywood celebrity on the red carpet, too important to even acknowledge us. I would rate him at 0 stars out of 5. I feel sorry for anyone unfortunate enough to rely on his "care."
