While Dr Shaw is always busy she never seems too busy to listen to my concerns. She always explains my test results and makes sure I understand them. Staff is professional and helpful.

Dr. Minh Shaw is very compassionate, provides a patient centric care. She doesn’t rush to get the patient out till all questions raised by patient are answered/ resolved. What’s unique about her is she schedules all the future follow up appointments so for patients nothing is left to chance . It is very hard to find providers like her in today’s environment.

Dr. Shaw is very thorough. She explains what she is looking for and makes sure your still on the right track. She even goes the extra mile to visit your family history. Dr. Shaw also explains your upcoming visits very thoroughly and what to expect which I liked. She also has a great staff working with her that are very nice and accommodating.

I have seen Dr. Shaw a few times now over the course of this year. She’s pretty awesome so I’ll probably fall short in stating just how great she is. She cares and is thorough but what I appreciate the most is how easy going she is. She’s explained my diagnosis, helps me understand my symptoms, and how my condition causes them. She listens to how I feel and then seeks to get to the bottom of the cause of pain and discomfort. Dr Shaw has also given deep thought to other aspects of my health that might be causing my condition and has sent me for blood work. She basically pays attention to every detail. She’s helped me so much during times when I was in a lot pain. She continues follow ups until you’re better. I really appreciate her!
