Dr. Minh Tran Luong, MD

Excellent doctor. The office staff undermines his practice and interferes with the patient care. Dr. called to inquire about recovery from surgery performed by a specialist. Called Dr. back and was told I would have to make an office appointment to talk to the doctor. I already made an appointment to get the name of the specialist, so why would I make another appointment to tell you the results when you asked. Staff is interferes with Dr. patient relationship

Dr. Luong was rude, unkind, disrespectful and continually interrupted both my husband and I. As I looked over his doctors notes in my records, he wrote down symptoms that I didn't even have. He issued blood tests and breath tests that were unnecessary. I realize I'm not in the medical field, but when I asked the phlebotomist what a specific 'breath test' was for, he replied "for the stomach issues you told your doctor about'. I didn't come in with stomach issues. But that's the least of my concerns. He was completely rude when my husband and I asked him to further explain the some of the results, replying with 'I just told you'. He violated HIPPA by demanding we stay in the exam room and he would speak to us from the hallway, sharing my personal information with whoever walked by. Out of 8 tests issued (blood, xray and 'breath test') he only vaguely went over 3. I have to find another doctors office that will take my records and explain the test results to me. I wouldn't want… anyone else to have this same experience and I'm taking every step I can to ensure people know how horrible of a person he is, let alone doctor. The only thing I regret is not taking a video of this insane interaction.

The whole practice is great! I have never had any issues. The staff is formative and upfront. read your insurance rules....don't blame the doctors office for your copay or deductible!

I've been going to Dr. Luong for over 4 years since arriving on his end of town. He is smart, listens, spends as much time as needed with me (regardless of whether the insurance companies like it or not), and pays attention. I've also seen Priscilla, and also his P.A. Linzee. I feel like I'm not just a number or a statistic, but a real person with real issues, which are met with understanding, and quick resolve. I'm glad I found him and his staff!

Dr. Luong and his wife Priscilla, his NP, are very smart and know their stuff. They are so personable and willing to listen and answer questions so a patient leaves the office feeling cared for and treated. I trust both of them .

He was the rudest Doctor ever. Only cares about what you eat The physical consisted of listening to heart and lungs. He said those are the guidelines. I wanted him to write a letter on my behalf so I could break a lease because of a terrible situation that was ruining my health and he would not. Waiting room is always empty except when snowbirds are in town because they will go to anybody

Luong has no respect for women. He is incredibly rude and thinks his poo doesn't stink because, "I'm a doctor." He is clearly in love with himself. Georgia, at his front desk, treats her coworkers like garbage. She does it in front of the patients as well. The rest of the staff is great, but he certainly needs an attitude adjustment.

Dr Luong always listens carefully to the issues you are having and gives the best treatment options available. Have been seeing him for the past 7 years and highly recommend him to everyone I know. I love the staff and how wonderful my experiences have been with his practice.

Most memorable experiences: his screaming wife; office gossip; prescribing a drug to which I am allergic, a drug listed in my profile; his rudeness; the overrated opinion he has of himself; mood swings; anger; immaturity; wants a hug; narcissism; ego; fickleness. I warn friends.

Ran a blood test and talked about himself the whole time. There was no issues with my blood test but had me make another appointment so I could pay him again. Now I know why he has no patients in his waiting room.
