Don't expect your calls to the office to be returned. You may have to go in person to the office to make an appt.

He is an excellent but his staff has a lot to be desired. To get one of them to return your call is like pulling teeth. I have called and called to make appointment and was really sick but the voice mail comes on" I will have to get back with you and if I do not in a timely manner please call me back"! I do, I have and did not get a call back. I ended up going to another doctor to get medical attention!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Tran. He is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He is very personable and thorough. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Tran is caring, has a sense of humor, explains the whys and wherefores of the meds and any exams he wants done.

Really thorough, looks at all options (even those that aren't directly associated with asthma in order to identify and control triggers). Great bedside manner. ..And this is coming from someone who is usually very apprehensive when it comes to doctors!
