Very unprofessional an condescending bad experience for my husband.

I found the doctor to be very rude and obnoxious. She will belittle you and throw in some back handed compliments. She is not a very caring or compassionate doctor! I found it very difficult to understand what she was saying because of her accent and she would get angry when you asked her to repeat the statements. Although she does house calls, she does not have a staff to take care of your needs.(labs etc) I was very happy to find other alternatives for housebound doctors with a simple search on the internet. They have a complete staff who can call and assist with taking care of various questions and lab work. ( Nurses, NP's, PA's and doctors). If you have a simple ailment she is ok to say the least, but she does is not capable of taking care of patients with comorbid disorders. Please save your self the time and heartache and find a more caring doctor.

Dr. Minzalia Zoubtsova is taking care of my 92 year old father. She is amazing in the fact that my dad is homebound and Dr. Zoubtsova makes every effort to check on him, appear during emergency crisis, and communicate with me, my brother in NJ, and my sister in California. In my opinion her assessment and treatment, her recommendations are spot on. I'd recommend her to any family member or friend.

Dr. Zoubsova is warm, personable, thorough and efficient. She remained responsive and very available through my prolonged hospitalization and discharge. Dr. Zoubsova continues to assist with professionalism, experience and concern. She partners well with medical teams and reponds as a confident team leader. She is well respected by her peers and hospital medical staffs including NYU professionals. I am very grateful to Dr. Zoubsova and am happy to recommend her for internal care medicine.
