Mira Georgy

Dr. Georgy is not a hands-on person, sitting across the room at all times. After a major incident w/ bruises from head to toe, she never looked at one. Orthopedist requested MRI, she REFUSED, had to have another dr order them. After months of scans, x-rays, mri's for a bad fall, nurse told me I had fractured ribs and proceeded to ask me if I had ever fallen. After hospital stay w/ high BG, she orders insulin pen. Go to use it and she didn't order Needles! I have asked about same issues several times, dismisses them without advice. Stays 3-4 feet away from you the whole time you're there.

Dr. Georgy looks at your overall health and will address any issues/concerns you have. She got me off several of my medicines I was taking. Now I'm feeling better. As something comes up I can email her and they return the answers or follow up questions the next day. When I've called with a fever or something wrong with my colon they got me in that day. Very friendly and personable.

Dr. Georgy was incredibly patient. After having MRI’s & CT Scans she patiently went over my scans & lab work. Most doctors want a patient in and out, but Dr. Georgy took her time explaining each test and the results.

From my experience, Dr. Georgy is not the physician for me. I have been dealing with the same issues for over a year, have been referred out to three different specialists only to come back to her office to be patronized. She could be awesome dealing with colds and easy issues (however her office always told me to go to Urgent Care), but if you have any autoimmune disorders or something complicated, choose another doctor. I believe she is Medicare/Medicaid motivated.

Extremely professional and thorough. Explains everything and follows up. She shows concern and explores the best option of treatment.
