Miranda Eriksen, RDN, CD, specializes in medical nutrition therapy for adults and children with a wide range of health needs, including eating disorders, GERD, high cholesterol or triglycerides, high blood pressure, diabetes, fatty liver disease, celiac disease, kidney disease and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).Miranda strives to help patients feel their best and live more comfortably by finding realistic ways to nourish their bodies and support their health. Her approach is warm, direct and patient-centered. She takes time to understand each patient's needs, preferences and goals, then tailors her recommendations accordingly. Through nutrition education, collaborative problem-solving and patient-led goal setting, she helps patients make changes that feel manageable and sustainable.Away from work, Miranda enjoys yoga, volleyball, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
