they misled me to thinking i was 100% covered for an exam and cleaning. they took my insurance information and said I was 'covered' Then I ended up having to pay over 200.00 because they were out of network. i went there for a flyer in the mail, and the totally miseld me and i ended up having to pay unnecessarily . and the office visit was unpleasant to boot

Dr. Lacy promotes high risk, unnecessary procedures on teeth and does it for the money. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion regarding any procedure she recommends.

I recommend dr and her staff, very caring and knowledgeable by showing us the x-rays and picture, I had a cavity they opened it up they took a picture of the tooth once they open it up and I could see the dark brown black spot down in there very big cavity , they told me it would be sensitive a little bit which it was and that’s normal which I trust them, after I did fluoride for a couple months I was better they checked my bite to make sure it was good it was tall just a tad which made it a little sensitive and they adjusted it I am so much better my teeth are so much healthier and whiter they offer the free whitening with the trays , thank you

Dr. Lacy’s office is the best! Dr Lacy and her staff are kind, conservative and compassionate. They work very hard to make sure each patient gets the best service possible. I am very impressed! Not to mention her welcoming, clean and comfortable office. Along with her office itself she also offers beats head phones for her patients to use during their appointments to make the visit as pleasant as possible. Love it!

Dr. Lacy is the absolute BEST! And naturally, she has assembled such a remarkable team of caregivers, from the front desk throughout. She is a perfectionist, and it shows, from her excellent communication regarding diagnosis and process to the quality of work she does in the beautifully calm and professional ambience throughout her office. Win/win!!!

Please, please, please avoid this dentist at all costs. I found out about Dr. Lacy through a flyer in the mail, she looked nice and her office was close so I thought I would give her a try. My first visit was awesome- the staff was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome, and my teeth looked awesome. A few months later my teeth really started to bother me so I scheduled another appointment with Dr. Lacy where she informed me that I had 5 cavities that all needed to be filled. I found this to be very odd because I have never had a cavity in my life and all of a sudden I had 5?? I went against my better judgement and let her do the procedure, hoping the pain on my one tooth would stop. During the procedure she found a 6th cavity that also needed to be filled, so she went ahead and did it. A few weeks after the procedure I had extreme pain on my tooth (the one with the mysterious 6th cavity) every time I ate or drank. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lacy who said it would go… away, but if it didn't I needed to see an endodontist. I ended up going to the endodontist who said that my filling was done very, very close to the nerve and that I needed to have a root canal (I am only 19 years old and to have a root canal???), and possibly would need to have another one done in the future as another filling was also done very close to the nerve. After I scheduled my root canal I realized I needed a new dentist and decided to go where I was highly recommended. I needed to get my medical records and images to the new dentist so I went into the office one afternoon but was told I couldn't get any of my records because Dr. Lacy wasn't there. They were my medical records, that I signed HIPA forms for, for this very reason. After fighting with them for over 30 minutes and having the police called on me because I wouldn't leave without my records that I am legally entitled to, I was given my records and was on my way. My new dentist was faxed the images but with very edited lighting so it was almost impossible for him to see anything, but from what he could see from the pictures (the pictures she took with a camera, and the pictures she used to determine I needed 6 fillings) no fillings were necessary, and he wouldn't have done that. This whole process has wasted so much time and energy, so please stay away from this dentist if you want to keep your sanity. They may seem awesome and sweet on the first visit, but trust me they are only out for your money.If you read the reviews on here and other sites you will see I am not the only person she has done this too. If you want a great recommendation go to Watson Family Dentistry (father and son), they are a little further from here but have amazing reviews and they are truly some of the best dentists I have ever been to!!

Terrible. Did work that was not necessary and wanted to do more until I got a second opinion. Cost me a lot of money. One of those dentists who seems to look at patients as a revenue stream and not human beings.
