Dr. Mireya Cristina Sandoval, MD

I've had very disappointing experience(s) with Dr. Mireya Sandoval. From the start, it was clear that the standard of care was far below what one should expect from any doctor. She was late to the appointment and seemed rushed when it came time to address my concerns. Despite my questions, she appeared to ignore or dismiss them without providing any clear answers. Dr. Sandoval's bedside manner was incredibly unprofessional; it felt like she was more focused on getting through the appointment than actually listening to or caring for me. I left with many unresolved questions and a sense of frustration. Overall, the lack of care and attention was concerning, and it seems like her focus may have shifted away from patient care and more towards the business side of things. Kaiser, unfortunately, seems to be prioritizing efficiency and financial concerns over patient well-being.

The worst human I have ever come across. She does not have an ounce of humility. Belittles you when you push back. A doctor should want to help but she just wants you to shut up and leave. I went to her for help because I have been having such bad pain and weakness in my legs and she told me that it’s all in my head ! I just wanted her to refer me to a specialist but she refused. I immediately changed my doctor and the new doctor sent me for a MRI and i have instability in my lumbar spine and that’s causing the leg pain. I am scheduled for surgery . She should be sued for malpractice!!!!

I don’t understand why she became a doctor . She does not want to help. Has no bed side manner. She medically gaslights you . She says one thing and then changes it the next time. She interferes with specialists treatment plan because she doesn’t agree with them and maliciously deleted my diabetes medication. I almost went into a coma because of her She has caused me so much stress and anxiety. I don’t even understand how she is still practicing!

Absolutely no empathy. I had pain for years and finally I started emailing her daily and begging her to help me figure out what is going on . After 3 years she finally sent me out for an arthritis panel blood work . And it came back positive for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. Now I am on chemotherapy because my illness advanced because I was not being treated for it . Stay away from her . She is unwilling to care for you if you do not agree with her.

Lacks basic empathy and courtesy for patients. Wrote false and malicious notes in my mother's appointment notes, accusing her of being there for alternate reasons other than getting care. Did not care to treat/diagnose any symptoms, that are still ongoing to this day. I am appalled that she is still practicing care, especially at a Kaiser Facility - who is supposed to be top of the line care.

No compassion did not chk my medical history said lab test showed borderline infection no such thing offered antibiotic that could not be taken with medicine per pharmacy was New Year’s Eve went 4 days without treatment infection got worse told me if I didn’t like her opinion get an appt with another doctor Humiliating I told her I was in shock by her coldness and treatment of me again said feel free to get another doctor

If this is the one operating at Kaiser in Modesto now. Stay away. Absolutely useless.
