Dr. Miriam Gaisin Adler, PhD

As someone who has been working for Dr. Adler for almost four years, I highly recommend our services ! Throughout my personal experience in the field, I have been exposed to several professionals, however, I have never experienced such a warm and welcoming environment as I do here. Dr. Adler and her therapy staff are such a pleasure to work with. They truly care about the well-being of others and go above and beyond to accommodate others' needs. The staff also ensures to implement optimal treatment approaches whether it's through therapy, neurofeedback, or integrating both approaches. As a doctoral student, I have utilized neurofeedback services to help with the anxieties that come with pursuing a degree but also everyday life. I have seen a considerable difference in my symptom severity which is why I can't recommend the treatment approach enough!! It has really changed my life. Words cannot express how much I value Dr. Adler and her practice - it has become a second home to me!

Dr. Adler herself in an excellent Psychologist, and also incredibly warm. All her office staff is friendly and respectful as well. Weronika is a sweetheart and so good at setting up the biofeedback machines. Marie is a great secretary and the whole team who I met so far is so nice and good at what they do. Dr. Adler does a lot of great work, and I highly recommend her as a therapist!

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Adler for almost 2 years, and eventually began using her neurofeedback treatments as a patient myself! I had an EEG done that revealed anxiety (as expected), which was really valuable to me in terms of confirming my own experiences, but also giving me concrete data to work with and develop a plan. I started using Nexalin as often as I could and occasionally did Zengar as well. I gradually began to feel less stressed over classes, and felt I had a calmer, more present mentality in general. I stopped getting so anxious over exams and other more minuscule things that would normally cause me overactive anxiety. Obviously, these are things that require lifelong improvement and attention, but I felt noticeable changes much quicker than expected, and believe that with formal treatment guided by Dr. Adler, many would benefit. Everyone in the office is incredibly warm, genuine, and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for therapy,… especially if you are curious about neurofeedback!

I can not say enough about how Dr Adler changed my life. She is hands down the best therapist I have ever gone to. I have recommended her to friends who weren't getting anywhere with their therapy and they have also been really happy.

Dr. Miriam is one of a kind. I have never been to such a good therapist. She takes the time to get to know you and offers help from a really comprehensive perspective. She has helped me reduce my anxiety tremendously, and understand myself in a whole new way. I have never felt so respected as a person, even though at first I must have looked like I was falling apart. I can not recommend her enough.
