This place is the worst! First the front desk staff barely noticed me for 45 minutes. I checked in but was not given any paper work until I had to ask for it, after seeing people who came after me fill theirs out. I got my eyes examined by a technician which is a first. Usually it is an optometrist that does my eye. That day I was experiencing dry eyes and told the technician that the letters in the screen seemed blurry. She turned up the power in the machine until I started seeing DOUBLE then told me it was "normal" to see double during the examination. This never happened to me before in my 28 years of life. She then dilated my eyes and took me to see the doctor. I complained about seeing double to the doctor, who dismissed my concerns and carried on with looking into my eye. She then wrote me a prescription that is DOUBLE the strength of my last year's rx (-12 versus -6 in 2019). Wouldn't this be alarming to any doctor looking at a young persons eye? When I was confused on how this… could be. Dr. Farag rushed me out of the exam room. I am going to another location to have an ACTUAL DOCTOR do my eye exam and not a technician. What a waste of time and money. I beg every who reads this to NOT go to this place. Your eyes are way too precious to deal with incompetent people.
