Dr. Miriam Koller Pizzani, MD

Dr Pizzani treated my son who was 9 years old. She was inappropriate in her demeanor and language. She expressed anger toward my son who started crying. She is a terrible psychiatrist.

She stated to me that my son was the most difficult child she had encountered . My son was under the age of 10!at the time. I was stunned at that moment and never brought him back. My son is now a physician. This physician is, in my opinion, unprofessional and a disgrace to the profession.

Dr. Pizzani ordered a genetic test for me without telling me the need and the cost. Later I found out it cost about $4,000. I will not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Pizzani is past her prime. I do think she used to be an excellent psychiatrist a long time ago (by her reputation) but she is now distracted and unable to remember important details.

Dr. Pizzani is a bit quirky and eccentric, but her casual demeanor put my son at ease immediately. As a RN I am often reluctant to review doctors, but she is outstanding!
