Dr. Miriam Tetelbom, MD

While Dr. Tetelbom certainly spent considerable time with me and also conferred with my other treating clinicians, she had little interest in focusing on my main concern, which revolves around my difficulties with focus and organization as well as follow through. Our discussions often seemed to become derailed and unproductive, for which it oddly appeared that I was somehow to blame. There was also quite a bit of emphasis on possible drug interactions, which took up quite some time and did not seem warranted to my eye. She offered an unwelcome critique of my neurological treatment program, which has taken over two years to stabilize, and is currently working reasonably well. So overall I would have to say that my time and funds probably would have been better utilized elsewhere. On the other hand, a doctor who maintains two offices in private practice using a self-pay model must be doing something right, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Good luck!
