Used to be good before she moved to new office - now cannot get phone calls returned and hard to get an appt. She does not follow through on referrals - very frustrating!. I am switching doctors.

Can't speak with a real person when calling. I have to leave a message to a machine and no one returns my calls. I feel completely ignored. When I am able to see the Doctor, she is too busy to talk to me. I am left to talk with her assistant instead.

My experience with Dr. Thompson has always been very comfortable and well managed. Dr. Thompson always has a friendly smile and listens thouroughly. Her nurse, Amy, is extremely prompt on addressing issues between appointments. Amy is very pleasureable to speak to, regardless of how many times it may be. The receptionist's smile is always felt through the phone!

The nurse was always late on returning calls but overall experience excellent. She is very sweet and showed my son individualized attention and was always very precise.
